کاسه مینل مدل Helix Bowl
The Helix Bowl is a separate instrument from the Bill Saragosa Line by Meinl. The instrument consists of a special steel alloy bowl with a steel spring on top. Both in the color of black nickel. With this Helix Bowl you can achieve a broad sound spectrum and it produces the so-called wah-wah effect. You can imagine the sound of the instrument as a metallic didgeridoo. In other words: a unique sound.
To playYou play the Helix Bowl by grasping the bowl between your thumb and ring and middle fingers. You keep your index finger free. Hold the included metal beater in your other hand. This has a soft and a hard end. You move the beater along the spiral. With your forefinger you mute the tones when you want. By bringing the bowl to and from your abdomen, you create the wah-wah effect.
