The frame of this pandeiro is made of rubber wood and has a diameter of 12 inches. The wood is finished in the beautiful color ‘Chestnut’. This pandeiro has a replaceable ‘True Feel’ synthetic sheet that reduces unwanted overtones and 8 pairs of chromed shells that give a clear high. The hardware is chromed and as you can see in the photo the turnbuckles are countersunk. A particularly useful feature of this pandeiro is the 3/8 inch mounting eye, which allows you to attach the instrument to any standard percussion arm.
